How Much to Use: Cordyceps Dose

It's a good idea to start with smaller doses of between 1/4 and a 1/2 tsp of the powder. Tune into your body and notice how it makes you feel. After trying the cordyceps powder a few times, you can then choose to increase your cordyceps dose to 1 tsp if you wish to do so.

Best Form of Cordyceps I have taken

Posted by Christina Grunzinger on 3rd Nov 2018

I'm recovering from a Lyme Disease and Mycoplasm infection that actually put me in a wheel chair for 2 years. I've been taking cordyceps for about a year now along with several other herbs. Last night I went shopping for about an hour on just my own two legs with zero pain. I can't say its all due to cordyceps but it has been a major factor. Its amazing to do normal things again.

I've taken several forms of cordyceps and this one is definitely the most cost effective and easiest to take. To get the medicinal effects, you really need about 6-12 grams per day, every day for many months. With the 10:1 extract, you only need 600-1200mg. This bag is fairly small so I just carry it with me along with a small measuring spoon and I put 1/4 teaspoon (about 300 mg) on my oatmeal in the morning, lunch in the afternoon, and dinner. There is almost no taste so its easy to put on anything.

I used to spend $60/month on capsules. This bag lasts a couple of months and I also feel like I noticed I positive difference in my mood and energy when I switched to this brand.
