This delicious vegan smoothie is packed full of beauty-boosting fruits, veg, and seeds, plus a special superfood powder. Broccoli contains skin-loving glaucophane, beta carotene and Vitamin E, spinach is rich in antioxidants, while pumpkin seeds contain an arsenal of anti-aging goodies. Pineapple helps to reduce skin inflammation, and frozen berries are high in Vitamin C.

- 1 Small floret of broccoli
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1/2 a teaspoon of pine pollen powder
- 3 pitted dates (optional for sweetness)
