What is Ginseng?
Ginseng is a type of slow-growing plant which is native to parts of North America and Eastern Asia. The plant has fleshy long roots which have long been ingested as a herbal remedy.
The plants are left to mature for eight years before we carefully harvest and transform the roots into a pure concentrated extract powder which is ten times as potent as the raw plant.

How to Use Ginseng
We transform the 8-year-aged roots into a finely milled powder which is good to go. This versatile power can be blended in with smoothies, mixed in with juices, stirred into teas, and sprinkled on foods. If you want to get creative in the kitchen then you can mix it into dips, dressings and even desserts. Many people choose to take ginseng in the morning.
Ginseng Recipe: Get up and Go Smoothie
These ingredients combine to create a delicious vegan smoothie that’s rich in iron, protein, and energy boosting health compounds that will help you to rise and shine.
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1/2 tsp of Ginseng
- Handful of Spinach
- 3 tsp of Hemp Seeds
- Dates to sweeten (optional)
Pour the almond milk into your blender, and then add all of the other ingredients and whizz together until smooth. Enjoy straight away.
Ready to Use: Simply add 1/2 teaspoon (1gram) to smoothies, teas and foods.
