The addition of Shilajit, which is one of the richest sources of minerals in nature, really boosts the effectiveness of this tea.
What You Need
- A cup of hot, but not boiling, purified water
- 1/2 teaspoon of Lions Mane Powder
- 1 Pea sized amount of Shilajit
Add the Lion's Mane Powder to the cup of water, followed by the Shilajit. Mix thoroughly until all of the Shilajit has dissolved and consume.
