These are the ultimate summer pancakes, with simple ingredients and an easy recipe!
Ingredients for pancakes:
•1 cup of gf oats
•1 cup of almond milk
• 1 apples
Ingredients for sauce:
Blend one banana with a splash of water and 1 tbsp of pitaya powder
1. Heat a medium sized frying pan on the hob and blend the pancake ingredients together.
2. Pour a 1/2 cup of batter onto the pan, fry until golden brown then flip over to cook the other side.
3. An option includes stacking a slice of apple in between pancakes to break up the heaviness of the dough texture!
4. When finished stacking, pour the sauce on top and add the berries and other toppings of your choice!
