How to Use the Ginseng Powder

If you want to get creative in the kitchen, then you can also mix it into dips, salad dressings, soups, and even desserts. It blends well with other superfoods including medicinal mushrooms as well as some tonic herbs. Many people choose to take ginseng in the morning for a potent pick-me-up, although it can be used in the afternoon to help you to power through a midday slump. It's best not to take the ginseng just before bed.

A little goes a long way with this powder, so we suggest starting with a smaller dose of between just 1/4 and 1/2 of a teaspoon.
