Lion's Mane Brain-Boosting Smoothie Recipe
In this lion's mane recipe, we've added in some other brain nourishing foods including mighty chia seeds which are rich in Omega 3s and can help you to stay fuller for longer. If you like more of a 'nice cream' texture, then peel and freeze the banana before you use it.
You Will Need
1/2 a cup of mixed berries (frozen is okay)
A handful of spinach
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp lion's mane mushroom powder
1 cup of coconut milk
Pop all of the ingredients into your blender and whizz them up until smooth. Add in a little more coconut milk or water to achieve your desired consistency. If the berries are tart, you may want to add a couple of dates for sweetness. Enjoy immediately.
