Raw Wild Pine Pollen Powder
What is Pine Pollen?
Pine pollen is the powdery dust that is produced by male spores on pine trees. Tiny grains leave the trees as golden dust, which is collected from the wild and processed at a very low temperature to ‘crack’ the cell wall of the pollen. This result? A superior product that’s 100% natural and 99% digestible - which means almost every grain of goodness is absorbed into your body.
We sustainably source wild pine pollen, which is carefully harvested every Spring. Once used by Chinese royalty, pine pollen’s reputation has now made it a superstar superfood in the West.
Pine pollen contains over 200 of them, including Vitamins A, B Complex, C, D2 and D3, E, 22 amino acids, zinc, magnesium, enzymes, selenium, polysaccharides, all the essential fatty acids, and antioxidants. It’s believed to be approximately 30% protein (and a complete protein too), which makes it an excellent natural supplement for vegans and vegetarians.
Pine pollen contains an organic sulfur compound called MSM.
How Do I Use Pine Pollen?
Our pine pollen is ready to use, so you can simply stir a teaspoon of it into your tea, blitz it up in your green smoothie, or sprinkle it over your food as a new type of seasoning.
